Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, Morroword version and what happened. A short screenshot can help, but hide any private thoughts. Please do not send your full backup for an ordinary support question.

Reminders are not arriving

New thoughts start with reminders off. In Thoughts, tap a saved thought, choose Remind me, then Randomly or Choose a time. For a chosen time, include the weekdays you want and save the time. Open Schedule to check upcoming reminders and make sure today is not paused.

Random reminders share the days, time window and daily target in Schedule. Chosen times use the weekdays set on that thought. The daily limit is shared across all thoughts: up to three reminders in the free app or twelve with Pro. Reminders already delivered today count toward that limit, including when you move the same thought to a later time.

In iPhone Settings → Notifications → Morroword, allow notifications. Focus and Scheduled Summary can affect when alerts appear. Return to the app periodically so it can replenish its local notification schedule. Apple's notification settings guide.

Adding a widget

Open the Widgets tab for previews, customization and the iPhone setup steps. You add the actual widget through iOS. Home Screen widgets are included in the free app and can show thoughts with reminders off; Lock Screen widgets require Pro. iOS manages widget refresh timing, so updates may not happen at an exact minute.

Restoring Pro

Use the same Apple Account that purchased Pro, then open the Settings gear at the top right of any main tab → Restore purchases. You can also restore from the Pro purchase screen. An internet connection is needed to check the purchase.

Pro is a one-time purchase. It has no recurring subscription charge to cancel. If an approval is pending, Pro becomes available after the transaction is approved and confirmed.

For a refund request, follow Apple's refund instructions. Apple determines eligibility; contacting Morroword support does not itself cancel or refund an Apple transaction.

Backing up your thoughts

Open Settings → Backup & restore and save a backup to a location you control. Backup and restore are free. Morroword has no app account or automatic cloud sync, so keep a backup before deleting the app or changing phones.

Backup files contain your words in readable form. Share them only with people or services you choose. Restoring a Pro purchase restores access to features; it does not restore your saved thoughts.
